FAQ

  • What is the dress code during the summit?
There is no specific dress code for the summit. We recommend dressing warmly and comfortably. Hats, hoodies, and shorts are fine for most events. For our Monday night dinner, the dress code is "nice casual," so jeans and a sweater are appropriate (though perhaps not a hoodie for the dinner).
  • Do I need to bring my laptop?
Bringing your laptop is not required but recommended if you wish to check emails during breaks. We encourage everyone to stay focused during sessions, so please keep laptops and mobile phones closed or put away.
  • Is there a get-together on Sunday evening?
There are no scheduled activities on Sunday night. However, you are welcome to enjoy the sights at the Mission Inn on your own.
  • Since the agenda for Day 2 extends past checkout time, do we need to check our things with the bell desk?
We have requested late checkouts for all guests and are currently waiting for confirmation. We will provide more information as soon as we receive an update.
  • What about parking?
Klarinet will cover valet parking costs. Please charge it to your room.
  • What meals are provided during the summit?
We will provide breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner on Day 1, and breakfast and snacks on Day 2.
  • What about other incidental expenses?
You may expense up to $50 per day in incidental expenses. We will also reimburse your transportation costs, including mileage reimbursement at the standard rate.
  • How do I account for my time in Zoho?
Please enter 8 hours under "Klarinet Non-billable - Staff Development" for each day of the summit.
